Derek Distin

With 20+ years of leadership in sales, success and customer service, Derek has a deep passion for leadership coaching and process improvement. A former collegiate multi-sport athlete, he is fueled by a deep desire to build talent and equip teams to succeed. He joined Rightworks as a client success manager before moving to leadership.

A devoted husband and father of 3, he enjoys singing off-key karaoke and jigsaw puzzles. He has coached the local middle school cross country program through seven consecutive state titles.
