Our Citrix-based hosting product (Right Networks Cloud Premier) has always allowed our accounting and tax customers the feature-rich environment, file accuracy, and security benefits they require.
But mid-way through 2020’s tax season, it became a vital resource for maintaining business continuity. Firms quickly realized that they could continue managing the busiest time of the year safely and securely from home, if they had the cloud.
On the Right Networks side, we began evaluating our current procedures to see where we could improve or enhance. One of our focus areas was the onboarding method used to deliver our Citrix-based product. To get Right Networks Cloud Premier up-and-running, our team had to go onsite.
We pivoted quickly to address, and help, our market. Now, new Right Networks Cloud Premier clients can get started 100% remotely; it’s an incredible feat that hasn’t gone unnoticed.
