With the Intuit PCG and Right Networks partnership, tax professionals can now take desktop software on-the-go.
Today marks Right Networks’ formal entry into the tax category, as the Intuit ProConnect Group announces our partnership to provide cloud hosting capabilities for Intuit Lacerte and ProSeries customers. With this partnership, we are giving tax professionals all the benefits of the cloud while being able to maintain the workflows and features they are comfortable using today.
The Intuit PCG relationship is the result of our patented HyperRight™ technology platform, our proven relationship providing our services at scale to the Intuit QuickBooks Desktop team, and the tax knowledge we gained from acquiring Xcentric in 2017. Now we have the exciting opportunity to deliver our industry-leading service, support and 100% accounting focus to the 90,000+ firms using Lacerte and ProSeries.
We’re also able to bring tax pros peace of mind with our enterprise-level security, providing a more secure environment than their existing on-premise desktop solution. And our automatic backups and software updates mean their data will always be protected and restored, reducing administrative burdens on firm resources
We collaborated with Intuit PCG on defining the curated application bundle for ProSeries and Lacerte. Extensive research and testing were dedicated to the bundling of core tax software with the applications tax preparers need, so that we could jointly deliver the best end-to-end offering for customers.
When goals align, outcomes tend to be highly meaningful. In this case, the Intuit and Right Networks teams shared the goal of bringing firms all of the benefits of the cloud without changing the software they know and love, resulting in improved firm productivity and security.
