Actuate/i2 Alliance
Actuate and i2 have worked together for more than five years to provide configurable enterprise reporting capabilities to the i2 Supplier Relationship Management suite. Actuate is employed in the suite as Sourcing Reporter, through which customers can define a variety of tailored reports to meet the specific needs of different role-based stakeholders within the user community for either the Supplier Relationship Management Design or Source business process solutions.
For example, integrated sourcing reports are available, such as a complete supplier performance analysis detailing spend history, on-contract spend compliance or exceptions, updated supplier demographics, a summary of (TQRDCE) performance metrics both quantitative or qualitative–such as delivery timeliness or quality consistency—as well as qualitative assessments based on internal survey criteria. Design workflow customers use Sourcing Reporter to drive and track reuse performance, assess design-for-supply criteria, and manage compliance to RoHS or related hazardous material regulations. To facilitate access, Actuate enables a publish/subscribe model so that the right reports can be delivered automatically to the users that need them, when they need them.
