Board of Directors

Sanjiv Sidhu founded i2 Technologies in 1988 and has served as the chairman of the board of directors since i2’s incorporation in 1989. He served as i2’s chief executive officer from the company’s founding until May 2001 and from April 2002 until February 2005. Before founding i2, Sidhu was an engineer working in the artificial intelligence laboratory at Texas Instruments in Dallas. Harvey B. Cash has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since January 1996. Since 1986, Cash has served as general or limited partner of various venture capital companies affiliated with InterWest Partners, a venture capital firm. Cash currently serves on the board of directors of the following publicly-held companies: Ciena Corporation, First Acceptance Corporation, Silicon Laboratories, Inc., and Staktek Holdings, Inc. Cash is also a director of several privately-held companies.

Richard L. Clemmer has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since June 2004. Clemmer is the president and CEO of Agere Systems. Since June 2004, he has been a partner at Shelter Capital Partners, a private investment fund. Since 2003, he has been chairman and president of Venture Capital Technology LLC, which is focused on investing in and consulting for technology companies. He previously was on the board and served as an executive at PurchasePro.com, Inc., a provider of electronic procurement and strategic sourcing solutions. Clemmer also currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Excel Switching Corp.

Michael McGrath has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since August 2004 and served as i2’s chief executive officer and president from February 2005-July 2007. In 1976, McGrath co-founded Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM), a leading management consulting firm to technology-based companies. He spent 28 years with PRTM in various positions, retiring as chairman and chief executive officer of PRTM’s Atlantic Region in July 2004. McGrath is also a director of two privately-held companies and authored four books on managing technology businesses.

Stephen Bradley has served as a member of the i2 board of directors since April 2005. Bradley is the William Ziegler Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. Bradley has authored or co-authored seven books and a number of articles in academic journals. He serves as a member of the board of directors of CIENA Corporation and the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions, as well as on several advisory boards. In the past, Bradley was a member of the board of directors of Roadmaster Industries and XcelleNet, and was also a member of the editorial board of the Harvard Business Review.

Lloyd G. Waterhouse has served on the i2 board of directors since April 2005. He was chairman and chief executive officer of The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 2000 until July 2004. He joined the company in May 1999 as president and chief operating officer and was elected chairman in January 2002. Before joining Reynolds, Waterhouse spent 26 years at IBM Corporation. He serves on the boards of Atlantic Mutual Companies, Digimarc Corporation, and Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College.

Jack Wilson joined the i2 board of directors on in April 2005. Wilson retired as chief executive officer of Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division in August 2004. As CEO he was responsible for implementing Accenture’s strategy to increase its share of the growing BPO market. Until March 2002, Wilson also served as managing general partner of Accenture Technology Ventures, the venture capital unit of Accenture. Previously, he was the managing partner of global markets for Accenture. Wilson joined Accenture in 1975 and became partner in 1983.

David L. Pope joined the i2 Board of Directors in September 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in a variety of management consulting and corporate executive management roles, and is a specialist in supply chain management. He is a Partner in Millennium Technology Partners, a Dallas-based consultancy, specializing in business strategy and strategic supply chain management. Pope was previously a Partner with Accenture in the electronics and high-tech industry, specializing in supply chain management. He has also been a CFO and CEO of several businesses, including a data-recovery and computer forensics firm in the United Kingdom and a US-based semiconductor manufacturer.

Michael Simmons, a member of the Board of Directors since September 2007, is a senior operating partner in the private equity group of Q Investments. Prior to joining Q Investments in 2007, Mr. Simmons spent 20 years at General Electric, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of PII Pipeline Solutions. He held executive and operating leadership roles throughout the U.S. and Europe in GE's pension fund, real estate, finance, energy and oil and gas divisions.
